The tool, not the marketer

Realty Office drafts content; you approve it and you are responsible for what you publish and send. Your social accounts, your client relationships, and your customer data remain yours.

Play fair

Only add clients to your list who you know or have done business with and who expect to hear from you. Don't use Realty Office to send spam, anything unlawful, or content that infringes others' rights. We may suspend accounts that do.

When you upload or add clients, you confirm that you have a relationship with them and permission to email them. We keep that confirmation, with the date and the file, as the record of permission. Bought or rented lists are not allowed.

The email addresses you upload or add are checked by a third-party email verification service before we send anything to them. It only confirms that an address can receive mail. We do not sell your contacts or use them for anything else.

Sign calls are unlimited for normal yard-sign use. If an account goes over 500 sign calls in a month, we'll reach out about a plan that fits; your numbers keep answering.

Client texting (business owners)

If you turn on texting, you agree to the Realty Office messaging terms: you will only text clients who texted your business's number first or who ticked the text box to opt in; you will stop texting anyone who replies STOP right away; you will not use purchased or rented phone lists; and you will follow the content rules (no scams, threats, or anything unlawful). You authorize Realty Office to get a texting number for your business and to file the carrier registration for your business on your behalf, using the business details you give us. Carriers decide whether to approve texting, and we can turn texting off for a business that breaks these rules. We keep a record of your agreement (who, when, and the wording shown). Clients see the text messaging terms.

AI-made content and AI phone answers

The posts, pictures, videos, emails and voices Realty Office makes are made with AI, and AI can get facts wrong. Check every draft before you approve it. You are the one publishing it, so the facts in it, and your use of a likeness or a voice, are yours to stand behind. When an AI phone assistant answers a call for you, it tells the caller it is an AI at the start of the call. Do not turn that off or tell it to say otherwise. Calls to your listing sign numbers, home value number and office line are recorded, and the assistant says so at the start of the call.

Pilot service

Realty Office is currently an invite-only pilot, provided “as is” without warranties. Features will change: we may add, change or remove them without notice. We may limit, pause or end pilot access for any account at any time, and we will tell you by email when we can. We do not promise the service will always be up or fast, and it may be down for fixes, so keep your own copy of anything you cannot lose. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Leaving

You can stop using Realty Office any time and take your client list with you — email mccoy@elevenx2.comand we'll export it and delete your data on request.
